this is a polished surface of a fossilized and agatized dinosaur poop. the poop is pretty big, but you can't really see that from this picture.

this is found in southern utah. most likely to be from the jurassic or from the cretaceous.

you can see lots of digested bone... and you can also make out agatized flesh remains. unfortunately no blood remains so no jurassic park sorry kids :P

the grey sandy-looking area near the core is the digested bone. i'm not sure if you can see it in here, but there are tiny, red lines here and there... oh, i think there's one beside the digested bone. :)
