Thanks, and it was! There was a group of them, and there was what I thought as an alpha male. They were feeding on some kind of dried desert bush, but they kind of got creeped when we closed in for some photos... :P

really? :) well, artiodactyls like camels can be traced back to a basal placental, and can be traced back even further to a common paleozoic tetrapod ancestor, such as Eryops or Ichthyostega... I don't think it has 'absolutely' nothing to do with dinosaurs ;)

Anyways, yea, I agree with you. It's comin down. Thanks for the reminder :)
